Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prodigy-Italiana TR/711N 30300-02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yamatake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Special-Timer-Corp-Stc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rieter product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamatake such as the C315GA000100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7924D8064 manufactured by Special-Timer-Corp-Stc and we are pleased to be able to service most Special-Timer-Corp-Stc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1850649 by Manufacturer Rieter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Avg Brand EZ12M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by United-Electric such as C110A1029052 equipment made by United-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire United-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "United-Electric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ST340 made by Samwontech-Nova as well as the popular APC3711T12 original spares produced by Aplex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXMDD08TT by Pro-face and C110A1029052 spares by United-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES71532BA020XB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
